Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock will typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed in the product description. Please refer to that information for expected delivery times, as pre-order schedules may vary.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be held until all items are ready to ship, unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. For your protection, we recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and proof of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@nightshade.group so we can make it right.

Exchanges for a different size will be handled on an individual basis. We strive to take care of customers and will do so when plausible. If you are approved for an exchange you will be responsible for return shipping and shipping for the new size.

Refunds (for damaged or defective items only) are typically processed within 5 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout or a replacement product will be provided.
